Kindermusik Family Time - newborn to 7 years
Kindermusik Family Time music class is for families with multiple children age newborn and up, or for families with one child.
This class provides a rich environment and opportunity for families to sing, dance, and explore musical instruments together. You will see how music provides happy memories and brings you closer together as a family. Family Time is a multi-layered learning environment with the younger ones eager to learn and the older children showing the younger ones how it is done.
Family Time is designed to encourage discovery and exploration, as well as fostering sharing and social skills. During the 45-minute weekly class your child/children will listen to and play instruments, enjoy music through movement with scarves, hoops and tumble-around play. There will be family music jams, a story time to promote early literacy and time for happy singing.
Family Time fosters musical, social,and emotional learning. Your children will strengthen their ties with each other and with you-and they'll start developing the skills they'll need in school and on the neighborhood playground.
