Joyful Music and Dance introduces exciting Summer Dance Camps for dancers ages 2-10 yrs and all levels of dance! This is a great way to have fun this summer - dancing, learning, making new friends and having a great time!

Princess Camp
Excite and capture the imagination of your young dancer with two hours of Princess Fun. Start with 25 minutes of structured ballet followed by dress-up, and a search for a Special Princess Guest each week (including our Favorite Frozen Queen Elsa). Then the young princesses will enjoy tea or story time with the princess, followed by princess dancing and craft time. The camp ends with an end-of-camp Princess Dance and graduation ceremony for both students and parents.

Super Hero Acro Camp
Ages 3-5 yrs
If your super hero enjoys jumping, rolling, kicking, tumbling etc, then this is the camp for them! Each week the camp focuses on a different super hero story, including Batman, Spiderman, Superman, and many more… Camp will start each day by introducing our featured super hero, followed by super hero training with acro & tumbling activities and super hero training games. The camp ends each day with a super hero themed craft to take home to play with. * includes crafts, super hero cape and more.

Join fellow Mouseketeers as we enter our clubhouse here at Joyful Music and Dance!! Jump, balance, tumble and roll along each day to our clubhouse songs and chants. This is a fun filled, Mickey themed ACRO camp that will include help from “Toodles” who will guide us each day to find our next adventure. Every class will include Clubhouse inspired crafts.

Annie Musical Theatre Camp
Annie is a Broadway Style class for our youngest & oldest friends! A performing arts camp designed be age appropriate while still giving students the ultimate musical theatre experience. Each child will train in all disciplines of musical theatre and will work on acting, dance and movement, singing, characterization, costume design and creation, background and prop crafts. We will also have Annie crafts, movie time, snack, wii dance games and much more. Please bring your own lunch each day (one week class only). The week will end with a special showcase for parents and guests using both old and new versions of songs from the Annie Movies!

Pirate and Princess Camp
Joyful Music and Dance Studios has long been the best at Pirate and Princess Birthday parties for mixed groups of boys and girls. This summer we have decided to bring all the fun from these amazing parties to life in a 2 hour summer camp. Each week the class will start out with some structured dance and tumbling technique, followed by dance routines, themed crafts, and princess and pirate fun!

Summer Dance Intensive
Ages 5-9 yrs
This summer class is for the child who LOVES DANCE and can't get enough. We will study a new dance style every week including: Hip Hop, Tumbling, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Musical Theatre and More.... Each week class will begin with a description and musical selections from that week's style of dance. Then new dance technique will be taught and the class will complete with learning a routine in that style of dance. At the end of the 12 weeks students will put on an end-of-summer performance for family and friends using a few of there favorite dances from over the 12 weeks. Class includes a pair of ballet and tap shoes ($40 value)

Fancy Nancy and Pinkalicious Dance Camp
Ages 4-7 years
We take two of little girls favorite books and combine them into one unique (fancy word for one-of-a-kind) camp. Imagine the adventurous fun she’ll have at this summer camp filled with fun crafts, pirouettes (fancy ballet name for spins), tea parties, a spa day, dress-up in “pinkalicious” accessories and much more!

Musical Theatre Camp

Last year's SOLD OUT Frozen Camp is back this summer. This is a Broadway Style class for our youngest & oldest friends! Ballet Bunheads
Ages 4-10 yrs
This summer session class is for the child who truly loves ballet and wants to continue learning throughout the summer. We will begin with all of the ballet exercises that develop flexibility and strength. Children will begin learning center barre work. This class is open to all levels of ballet training. *includes black ballet leotard, skirt, and ballet shoes.
